***It is the responsibility of the coach to ensure that their entries are complete and accurate prior to the deadline.
Late Entry Fee: $15 per event
Entry Fees:
15-30 events/gender $250/gender
Under 15 events/gender $25 per event
31 and more events/gender Additional $15/event
***Entry fees are based off entries that are submitted on www.milesplit.com. There are no refunds for scratches.
Payment:
Meet Fees must be paid on or prior to December 21st.
***It is the responsibility of the coach to ensure that their teams payment is submitted on time.

Entries: 3 entries per school per gender per event, EXCEPT Only 2 entries per gender per school will be allowed in the 3000m Run, Long Jump, Triple Jump and 1 Relay per gender per school.
Only spikes may be used on all running, horizontal jumping events and pole vault.
Top 3 individuals and top 3 relay teams will receive medals.
$5 admission for spectators.
Food and Drinks will be available for purchase at the concessions stand.
Meet T-Shirts will be available for purchase.
Coaches Hospitality will be located in the T&F office.

8:00 am Arena opens for warm up
9:00 am Coaches Meeting ***Meet @ Finish Line
9:15 am LONG JUMP (3 jumps) GIRLS followed by BOYS ***Minimum Mark: Boys 18/Girls 14
TRIPLE JUMP (3 jumps) GIRLS followed by BOYS ***Minimum Mark: Boys 37/Girls 30
***triple jump will start immediately following Long Jump
10:00 am SHOT PUT (3 throws) GIRLS followed by BOYS ***Minimum Mark: Boys 30/Girls 25
10:00 am POLE VAULT BOYS followed by GIRLS
10:00 am HIGH JUMP BOYS followed by GIRLS
RUNNING EVENTS - GIRLS followed by BOYS
9:30am DMR (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
55m High Hurdles Prelims ***top 12 times advance to 2 heat final
55m Dash Prelims ***top 12 times advance to 2 heat final

If the athlete fails to check-in and/or declare - they will be scratched from the event.
An athlete who is in two events simultaneously must check in to both events.
Shot Put is thrown from a wooden surface. No spikes allowed in high jump.
Whenever possible, we will move ahead of schedule. An updated time schedule will be provided in final meet information.
