Coaches,
We want to invite you to the 2nd Annual Henderson Indoor Invitational at Haverford College. This will be a limited team but unlimited entry meet. Due to the costs associated with this meet, well need to have coaches help with events. Well just have each team assigned to the various events. The invited teams are Oxford, Bishop Shanhan, Henderson, Rustin, East, DTW, Unionville and Kennett. Were going to follow Lasalles plan and only have a 4 x 4 at the end of the meet. Youll enter one team online but well run multiple heats with your extra teams.
Enter via pamilesplit. Entries due Thurday, January 2 at 9AM.
The meet will use FAT.
Entry fee is $150.00 per team. Boys and girls are considered separate teams. Checks should be made payable to Henderson Track and Field and can be brought with you to the meet or mailed to Henderson High School, 400 Montgomery Avenue, West Chester, PA 19382

Order of Events(Time schedule will change as the meet gets closer).
5:00 PM-Enter facility.
5:15PM-3000m-1 section-boys and girls combined. Please don't enter any boys who are running slower than 10:30 or girls who run slower than 12:00.
5:30-55 hurdles1 section each gender. 5:30PM-Shot Put-girls first 5:30-HJ Boys' 1st
5:30-Long Jump-Open pit until 6:45. 3 jumps per athlete.
5:35-55 dash. 10 sections of girls. 13 sections of boys.
5:55-Mile 3 sections of girls and 4 sections of boys.
6:40-400m 4 sections of girls. 3 sections of boys.
6:50-200m 9 sections of girls. 13 sections of boys.
7:00-Triple Jump. Open pit until 8:00PM
7:15-800m 5 sections of girls. 5 sections of boys.
7:55-4 x 400m-Let the timing table know how many 4 x 4s you'll be running.
We have to be out of the facility by 9:00PM. There may be concessions. You may not wear spikes or a shoe that accepts spikes at Haverford. There is no food or drink in the competition area. Please clean up after yourselves.
