Running events (Girls followed by Boys):

3:45- 3200 Relay (2 teams/school- Boys and Girls together)

4:00- 100/110 Hurdles (4 athletes/school)

4:15- 100 dash (4 athletes/school)

4:25- 1600 run (unlimited)

4:55- 400 relay (1 team/school)

5:05- 400 dash (4 athlete/school)

5:20- 300 Hurdles (unlimited)

5:40- 800 run (4 athletes/school)

5:50- 200 dash (unlimited)

6:05- 3200 run (4 athletes/school)

6:30- 1600 relay (4 teams/school)

Throwing events:

Shot, Discus, Javelin(6 athletes/school)

3:45 - Girls Shot, Boys Discus, Boys Javelin

5:15 - Boys Shot, Girls Discus, Girls Javelin

Two flights of each (worst to first). Officials will be aware that they can switch someone's flight if they are doing two events at the same time.

Jumping Events:

1st: Boys High Jump/Girls Pole Vault

2nd: Girls High Jump/ Boys Pole Vault

Long Jump (open pit 3:45-5:00)

Boys pit towards the press box

Girls pit towards middle school

Triple Jump (open pit5:15-6:30)

Boys pit towards middle school

Girls pit towards the press box

Starting heights: High Jump- Girls 4, Boys 5

Pole Vault- Girls 6, Boys 8
