Maximum of 2 individuals and 1 relay team per event
Awards: At this time, in order to keep the meet cost down, there will not be any awards. This could change to an award for event winners only.
Cost: $75.00/Gender or $150.00 for both (Team)
$20.00/Individual-Entered by head coach only and must be paid prior to competing

Preliminary heats will be run in the 100m, Girls 100m Hurdles, & Boys 110m Hurdles. All other races will be run as finals.
Field event competitors will be given 4 jumps/throws with no finals. All marks will be measured.
Concessions will be available, all items will be pre-packaged.
There will be a shaved-ice truck also available.

Covid 19 Protocols and Information
All teams will be assigned an area for your athletes to remain in while not in competition. This will be an area around the stadium. Areas will include outside of stadium fences, parking lot/driveway area/softball field/middle school practice field.
Athletes are not permitted in other teams assigned areas.
Athletes will not be permitted in the stadium bleacher area. The stadium will be for spectators only if we are allowed.
Athletes will be asked to check in at an area to be designated. After that, they will be moved to a clerking area near the event starting line once the heats have been seeded. They will hold in the clerking area until competition. This will be similar to the PIAA Championship meet.
Only those athletes that have been called into the stadium area will be permitted to enter. There will be a designated entrance and exit area. Athletes are required to leave the stadium area and return to their teams area once competition has been completed.
There will be no award area or results posted at the meet. Results will be announced upon completion and scoring of each event.
No athletes or spectators will be permitted to stand along the fence on the front stretch.
Social distancing must be observed and masks must be worn by all attendees. Competitors will be instructed by event judges and starters when to remove masks.
Participation sheets signed by school district designated representatives must be completed and turned in prior to entering the stadium. Individual entrants must have temperatures taken and screening forms completed and turned in prior to entering.
Hand sanitizing stations are already located around the stadium. Masks will be available for athletes/coaches.
Coaches working in field events will be required to wear gloves to return implements. Gloves will be available at the events.
Once a field athlete has completed their event, they must exit the competition area.
Coaches: Please review these protocols with your athletes prior to arriving at the meet. This is obviously a fluid situation and this information will certainly change before the meet. Please email me or call me with any questions. If registration becomes too large, we may need to close it or consider a different schedule.
