WHERE: UPPER DARBY HIGH SCHOOL ( Memorial Field)

WHEN: Wednesday, April 28th, 2021

TIME: 3:00 arrival / coaches mtg at 3:30 / throws start at 3:45

COST: $10 per thrower; Checks made payable to Upper Darby Track Boosters

* Event is limited to 6 teams/ register ASAP to guarantee your spot.

*Up to 5 throwers per team / per event. (If you need more, contact us. Additional spots may be available on a first come first served basis)

*Each thrower will receive at least 1 measured throw (out of 3) per event. 

• Subsequent standards: 

• GIRLS: javelin: 60 ft / disc: 55 ft / shot:21 ft / top 8 throwers make finals & receive 3 additional throws. Throws carry over

• BOYS: Javelin: 80 ft/ disc 75 ft./ shot: 30 ft. / top 8 throwers make finals & receive 3 additional throws.  Throws carry over.

*Teams will use the visitor stands OR the upper press box stands as "home base".  

* NO SPECTATORS will be allowed due to a HOME lacrosse game going on at the same time.  This is a change from the original date of the meet.

*There will be pretzels and drinks available at the snack bar. Please take all trash.  A trash bag will be provided for each team.

*A trainer will be on campus if needed.

*Each team is asked to provide 1 worker to help run the throwing events.

*Athletes will use and retrieve their own implements.

*ALL COACHES & ATHLETES MUST BE MASKED when on the Upper Darby Campus.  Sanitizing stations will be available at all events.
