Whippets XC Invitational presented by Bryn Mawr Running Company 2025

The Whippets XC Invitational presented by Bryn Mawr Running Company West Chester is set to deliver an exceptional event that caters to athletes, spectators, and coaches alike. Our top priority is to provide a well-maintained and groomed course that is not only highly competitive and fast but also incredibly spectator friendly. We want to create an electrifying atmosphere where cheers and excitement fuel each runners performance and elevate the overall experience for everyone involved.

The Whippets XC Invitational will be sanctioned for bordering states, including: DE, NJ, MD, NY.

• Live Results: Each Race will be posted online at RunCCRS.com -> Results immediately after each race has finished.

Downingtown West offers one of the fastest and most spectator friendly courses in eastern Pennsylvania.

In recognition of the outstanding achievements of the participants, we will be awarding the following trophies and medals. 

  Varsity Races:

• Team Trophy for 1st Place, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place Teams
• Team Medals for 1st and 2nd Place Teams
• Individual Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Athletes
• Individual Medals for 4th - 30th Place Athletes 
• Bryn Mawr Running Company will have prizes for the fastest Male and Female from each grade level. 

  Junior Varsity Races:

• Team Trophy for 1st Place and 2nd Place Teams
• Team Medals for 1st and 2nd Place Teams Top 7 Runners 
• Individual Trophy - 1st Place
• Individual Medals for 2nd - 30th Place Athletes 

  Middle School Races:

• Team Trophy for 1st Place Team (M/F)
• Individual Trophy - 1st Place (M/F)
• Individual Medals for 2nd - 20th Place Athletes (M/F)

Please be aware that this time schedule is subject to change based on entries, weather, etc. 

• 7:00 AM - Campus Opens for Invitational
• 7:45 AM -Coaches Meeting at Finish Line
• 8:30 AM -Mixed Middle School 2 Mile Run
• 9:05 AM - Varsity Girls (10 Runners Per Team) 
• 9:40 AM - Varsity Boys (10 Runners Per Team)
• 10:15 AM - Junior Varsity Boys
• 10:50 AM - Junior Varsity Girls

ENTRY FEES:

• High School - $200 Per Gender - (Boys and Girls are separate teams)  // $30 Per Individual (Must Be Entered By Coach)

• Middle School - $100 Per Gender - (Boys and Girls are separate teams)  // $20 Per Individual (Must Be Entered By Coach)
