10/30-LaSalle boys repeat as champs of PA Independent Schools League

Germantown Academy edged Agnes Irwin by one 75-76. Penn Charter 3rd with 96 with two other teams tied at 4th at 108 and 6th at 119. It was the closest race and most competitive in the 20 year history of the meet for the girls. Notre Dame's Stephanie Hayden ran 20:24 for the win. The ties for 4th and 6th would go to tiebreaker. In the boys race, LaSalle College HS repeated as champs behind a one-two finish from Sean McGinley in 16:13 and Pat Jeffers, 33 seconds back.
