Lady Skins Invitational

Dear Coach,

The coaching staff of Neshaminy High School would like to invite you and your team to attend the 5th Annual Lady Skins Invitational. The meet will be held on Saturday April 9th, 2011 at the Harry Franks Stadium on the campus of Neshaminy High School.

Entry Fee
Entry fee is $125.00 per team. This is a girls only meet. Checks are to be made payable to Neshaminy Girls Track.

Entry Process
Entries for the meet will be entered through PennTrack (pa.milesplit.com). All entries must be completed by Wednesday, April 6th by 11:59 PM. Each school will be allowed to enter two (2) athletes per event and two (2) relays per event.

Equipment
Spikes or less will be permitted on all of the surfaces with the exception of the throwing circles. Javelin cleats of or less will be accepted. Starting blocks will be provided at the start of all sprint and sprint relay events.

Awards
Medals will be awarded to first through third place in each event and ribbons for fourth through sixth place.

School Commitments
Each team will be asked to volunteer one coach to act as an official for the meet. We will not need timers for this meet. The meet will feature a Finish Lynx Timing System.

Measuring
To help the meet run efficiently, there will be a minimum measurement standard for each field event. Each athlete will receive their 1st legal performance mark and further remaining marks must be beyond the minimum standard.

Pole Vault (Starting Height 60)

Triple Jump- 30min after LJ completion (Min.Mark- 300)
Discus after SP (Min. Mark- 700)
Javelin after DT (Min. Mark- 750)
