ENTRY FEE:
$100.00 for first 15 girls, $100.00 for first 15 boys,
After the first 15 individuals the cost is $5.00 dollars per athlete.

It is our pleasure to invite you and your team to the fifty-sixth annual William Tennent Cross Country Invitational. Due to the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur , this year's meet will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011. We do realize that this may be an inconvenience to some teams, but we hope you will attend. Due to the change in date, we have made a few changes to the meet. The most notable change is that this year coaches can enter their teams in any race they prefer. Coaches DO NOT need to enter a team in the varsity race in order to enter a JV team.
The race will be run on our 5000 meter invitational course. The running surface will be virtually all grass except for a small amount of macadam. This year we will again be using the "Motion Timing" system for all runners. All registrations must be completed on the Penntrackxc.com website by October 12th 2011.
This year we will award trophies as awards in each race.
Boys' and Girls' Varsity Trophies to top 20
Boys' and Girls' J. V. Trophies to top 20
Boys' and Girls Novice Trophies to top 10
Varsity Team Races Trophies to top 3
Junior Varsity Races Trophies to top 3
Novice Race No team trophies

Once again, full race results will be available to coaches, hopefully the day of the race as they have been in the past, and they will be mailed to area newspapers shortly after the meet.
