Individuals Breakdown: District 4 Girls

D4-A Girls - Individuals Breakdown

Loyalsock Township received a big gift in the form of a transfer from Texas, Isabel Sagar. Sagar made her presence felt right away, winning the District 4 Class A title, knocking off two-time champ Tori Ross of Warrior Run.

Sagar wound up 16th at states a week later, and the rising junior, with another year of PA residence to her name, will look to improve upon that and possibly crack the top ten in Class A.

Southern Columbia's Haley Scopelliti was third last season and is a strong returner in D4. She was third behinf Sagar and Ross last season and will look for a solid junior season this fall.

Wyalusing Valley's Hannah Corson had a very strong close to her season last fall. Despite finishing fifth at districts, earning her the final individual state qualifying spot, Corson took 32nd at states, just seven spots off a state medal. Northeast Bradford's Karli Moyer was fourth at districts and 55th at states the next week. She'll be looking for a return trip this fall.

Bloomsburg's Mina Schneck was just on the outside of a state qualifying spot last year, but will be on the hunt for one this season. Troy's Courtney Case led her team the title last season and will look to do the same this fall.
