Individuals Breakdown: District 12 Girls

D12-AAA Girls- Individuals Breakdown

Elizabeth Mancini of Cardinal O'Hara ran to the District 12 Class AAA title last fall, and a week later took home the AAA state title. Liz is off to LaSalle University, but her younger sister Christine Mancini will look to keep the D12-AAA crown in house. She'll have some challengers, though.

Olivia Pisacano is the top returner based on districts finish a year ago. She placed third at Belmont Plateau in 2017. But Christine Mancini was a few spots ahead of Picacano at the state meet a week later. Expect an interesting race for the top spot between these two for the top district and PCL spot.

A trio of other O'Hara girls return from the top 10 in the district from last year. Katie Till was sixth, Kaitlyn Durning was ninth, and Bridget Bennetta was tenth. Look for those three to improve on those finishes this season. Central's Abigal Leedy and St. Huberts' Nicole McShane will be looking to crack into the top ten this fall as well.
