Jump coaches Johnny Washington and Monica Washington join MileSplit TX editor Will Grundy to discuss the regional qualifiers in the long and triple jump events.
Johnny Washington and Monica Washington are University of Texas T&F alumni. They have continued to coach jumpers from the youth age groups up to the high school level and even onto the collegiate level. Collectively, they have a wealth of knowledge of the sport along with insight on the current top state and national level athletes on the high school level.
