The Duncanville Lady Panthers were able to seal the deal on their second consecutive UIL 6A team title.
They used three powerful relay performances, including one that resulted in them becoming the US No. 6 all-time quartet with their 44.70 performance to win the state meet.
Coach Yvette Green talked to MileSplit and shared her thoughts on the state meet, the season, and the culture of the program.
Green has a good shot at winning the Texas Girls Coach of the Year and can currently make a solid claim for National Coach of the Year after winning a second straight UIL team title.
