LYNCHBURG, VA – Three Lynchburg College track & field athletes will be competing for All-American honors this Thursday through Saturday at the 2005 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Nationals hosted by Wartburg College (IA).
Senior Ashley Palmer (Alexandria, VA/Westlake) qualified in the heptathlon, the long jump and the 400-meter hurdles. Senior Doug Thomasey (Middlesex, NJ/Middlesex) will compete in the decathlon while junior Andy Rollins (Ooltewah, TN/McCallie) qualified in the pole vault. All three will begin competition on Thursday.
