Welcome to our 3rd PennTraX. Every two weeks during the three high school seasons, we will bring you review and analysis of PA meets, athletes and teams… give you tips on getting the most out of MileSplit… and meet some very interesting people. We have a lot of racing to discuss, but so much was in a big weeks, from Ridgway to Manhattan to Tri-States. Joining me (Don) this week is our western PA associate webmaster Phil Grove - who has helped us raise the bar statewide with his writing and photography.
