The charges for the meet are as follows,
1 team = $50
2 teams = $ 100
3 teams or more = $ 150
Individual runners = $10
maximum per school is $150
Checks must be payable to Ridgway Cross Country Boosters and postmarked by Monday, October 29th, 2014.

Meet Location: Grandinetti Elementary School, Ridgway, PA. Grandinetti is located on Route 219 one mile south of the Borough of Ridgway. Coming from the south (Brockway), the school is located on Boot Jack Mountain just prior to the truck by-pass. From the north, follow Route 219 through Ridgway. When leaving the borough of Ridgway, turn left into the school entrance located just beyond the end of the passing lane at the top of the hill.
Team Parking: Signs will direct you where to park buses at the school. The parking areas behind the school will be reserved for vans and cars. Please be advised that the parking area at the Metaldyne factory adjacent to the school may also be used.
The Courses: The varsity course is a challenging 5000-meter course. It is the same course used for the District 9 Meet. Approximately 50% of the course is groomed trails and the other 50% is grass. The Junior High course is 2.75 Kilometers (1.7 miles). Both courses start and end on the soccer field. or 3/8 spikes are recommended.

10:00 AM Varsity Girls 5K Race
10:45 AM Varsity Boys 5K Race
11:30 AM Jr. High Girls 2.75 Kilometer Race
12:00 PM Jr. High Boys 2.75 Kilometer Race
12:30 PM Elementary Fun Race (Boys & Girls run together)
(Elementary must register on day of the meet by 9:30)
1:15 PM Award Ceremony in Cafeteria or a.s.a.p.
*NOTE: Teams will be given a map with their packets and may take tour the course on their own.
Locker Rooms: Separate male and female locker rooms and rest rooms are available approximately 50 yards from the start and finish lines. Athletes are responsible for their own clothing and personal items. It is suggested that personal items are not left in the locker rooms since the facilities will be open to the public.
Coaches Info: Team packets will be issued at the meet. A paramedic and EMT will be onsite the day of the race. The meet will be run under the direction of two registered PIAA officials.
Meet Results: Will be posted on-line the night of the meet at the website pa.milesplit.com/meets/122029
Awards: A championship plaque will be presented to the winning team in the Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls, and Jr. High Boys and Girls races. Awards will be presented to the first ten (10) finishers in Jr. High Boys and Girls and the first 15 finishers in Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Weather permitting; awards will be presented in the amphitheatre area just outside the cafeteria. They will be presented in the cafeteria in case of inclement weather.
Concessions: Food and drink concessions will be available during the meet.
Elementary Run: We will also be hosting an elementary fun run the day of the event for any one 6th grade and under. The run will be approximately 1/2 mile long. Sign up is the day of the race.
