Coverage
The last two weekends, the Knochness Monster has been on a rampage. Two weeks ago, Jordan Geist threw 73-10 and just last week he came within inches of breaking 2016 Olympic gold medalist, Ryan Crouser's high school indoor national record in the shot put as he launched his shot 76-10.5. PTFCA State Indoor Track and Field Championship-2/25WATCH LIVETerrance Laird is looking to become the fastest boy over 200m in PA state history as he looks to take down Brady Gehret's state record of 21.22. Look for Noah Affolder to dominate multiple distance events as the Edinburgh XC Challenge champ will be looking for wins in both the 800m and the mile. Two boys trying to get in the way of Affolder's double are Josh Hoey and PA #1 Ryan Thrush. On the girl's side of the 800m, you have US #5 Olivia Arizin who should walk away with the state title in the 800m. In the girl's 60mh, US #2 Chanel Brissett will look to lower her time and claim the title of fastest girl in the country over that distance. Similar to Affolder, on the girl's side Abbe Goldstein is looking to double up in the distance events she looks to win a state title in the mile and the 3K. Last but certainly not least we have to talk about the Knochness Monster, Jordan Geist, as he could make a serious attempt at Olympic gold medalist Ryan Crouser's high school national record in the shot put.
