Entry Rules: Each team is allowed to enter 3 athletes per event unless an athlete meets the unlimited guidelines.
1600m and 3200m and throwing events have no entry limit.
$20.00 per individual | $100.00 per gender (5 or more athletes) or $150 for both. |$10.00 per relay
ORDER OF EVENTS: Field events will start at 2:00 PM and running events will start at 2:30 PM. All events will have girls first except for the hurdles where it will be boys then girls.
We will run the 400m hurdles instead of the 300m hurdles.
Timing will be F.A.T. using Finish Lynx
There will be a coaches meeting in Trainer Hall at 1:30PM
