The 2012-2013 Sharon Middle/High Cross Country Team continues to expand. This year, many seasoned runners are returning along with many new and young runners entering, the 2012-2013 season will prove to be very exciting. The Tigers will be in the hunt this year, as both the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls teams will prove their mettle and field full squads. The Tigers are headed up by Cody Buchanan and Brienna Roys who have their eyes set on a State Medal. The 2012-2013 Tigers will be very competetive this year. Go Tigers!

The Varsity track and Field Team have many returning track athletes that have competed at the 2011 PIAA Championship meet. Returning seniors with 3 years experience include; Johnathon Jacoway, Wanya Austin-Smith. Johnathon Jacoway placed 3rd in the Triple Jump at the 2012 PIAA AA Track and Field Championship. Johnahton also placed 6th in high jump. Sabol Csatlos, and Zachary Porterield competed at the 2012 AA PIAA Track and Field Championship. Sharon's team also captured a 2011 Gold in the Discus with a throw by De'Mond Davis-White. There are many returning track athletes and the future looks promising. De'mond Davis-White graduated with the class of 2011 and brought home the Gold in the Shot Put. Good luck to all returning track athletes!
