As of this writing, the PTFCA Carnival is ON! This will be the first year that the Carnival will be held since Lehigh University renovated their indoor track. In recent years, the meet has averaged over 160 state qualifying performances. What will this year bring?
The girls competition brings a very competitive mile event featuring some of PA’s elite distance runners. Unionville’s Courtney Smith will be challenged by recognizable stars Elizabeth Chikotas of Saucon Valley, Regan Rome of Dallas, and Paige Stoner of Pottsville. Rising stars Jamie Costarino of Springside Chestnut Hill, Elizabeth Morris of Central Bucks East and Maddie Villalba of Central Bucks West will look to make a name for themselves in this race.
