Central Dauphin's Ryan Jones holds off Jon Fulginiti of Cumberland Valley.

Chris Spooner, Lewisburg, ran well within himself for a 4:18.53 1600 win.

Central Dauphin's Ryan Whiting won the Discus with a throw of 170-11, then walked over the the Shot and topped 60' with a throw of 62-01.

Reading Kalise Cook captured the 200 in 22.78, and was second in the 100 with a 11.46.

Shamokin's Dan Wilk beat Cook in the 100 in 11.44, but took 2nd to him in the 200 in 23.00.

Central Dauphin won the 4x400 in 3:30.29.

Andy Miller, Cedar Crest, holds of a charging Jon Fultiniti in the 800. Ryan Jones, CD, was 2nd.

Cedar Crest's Tobias Robinson takes the 110 Hurdles in 15.57.

Jon Gries, Upper Merion, Sam Luff, Emmaus, and Curtis Bixler, Cumberland Valley, battled the entire 3200.

Gries took a lead for several laps, but working together, Luff and Bixler caught him. Luff held off Bixler, with both breaking 9:41.
