Individuals Breakdown: District 4 Boys

D4-A Boys - Individuals Breakdown

Southern Columbia Area's Ethan Knoebel will shoot for his second straight District 4 title. After a third place finish as a sophomore in 2016, Knoebel moved up to the top spot as a junior. Now, he'll look to add D4-A title No. 2 as a senior.

But he'll face some good competition from a good number of returners. Alex Patton of Wyalusing Valley was third at districts, but he had the best state meet of anyone in D4-A. Patton placed 30th at Hershey and will look to move into the medals this fall.

Aidan Perry of Wellsboro Area was second at districts and then ran well at states to take 64th. He's back this fall as well. Wyalusing Valley's Kevin Heeman, fourth at districts, also returns. These two should also compete for the top spot in the district.

Northeast Bradford's Zak Smith, Troy's Owen Williams, South Williamsport's Ethan Laudenslager, and Wellsboro's Connor Brought are among the other returners the top ten in the district back this fall. This is going to be a very interesting race for the top spot in D4-A.
