Jane Madson continued her impressive season in the sprints.
The Upper Saint Clair senior bested a strong field in the 200 meters at the Ohio High School Preview Meet at SPIRE in Geneva, Ohio on Saturday. Madson ran 24.65 for the win. It's a PA#4 time in what has been an absolutely loaded event in Pennsylvania this season.
That times is also an all-conditions PR for Madson, who ran a previous best of 24.89 last spring at WPIALs.
Saturday's time is another solid performance for the sprinter, who is yet to lose this indoor season. She is already PA#11 in the 400 meters with a time from January 12. She'll certainly be a factor in the next few weeks leading up to the state meet.
