Who were the top sophomore boys this past season?

A good amount of sophomores stepped up this season and made a name for themselves that could carry them to state titles in 2020. State College's Conrad Moore (above), who was third at the state meet in AAA, jumped a season best of 6-9 to lead all sophomore boys.
