A good number of pole vaulters have wasted little time making an impact and posting big improvements since last season?
With some slight tweaks and good coaching, pole vaulters can frequently see some big improvements. Pennsylvania is seeing plenty of that this season. Carlisle's Rileigh Cardin (above) has already improved nearly 5 feet in the event since last indoor season.
Cardin isn't alone. We ranked the top improvements in the event since last winter, taking each vaulters 2019 indoor bests and comparing it with their 2020 best. We sorted the ones that have seen an improvement already.
