While the seniors won't get a shot this spring to finish out their high school careers, we're looking back on how much they progressed over the three years of their careers. Today, we are looking at the girls distance. How much have these girls improved in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m.
Milton Hershey's Tatyana Gibson (above) saw a steady improvement in the 800 and 1600 in her career and it led her to a very strong performance last year as a junior at the state meet. She one of many that dropped serious time over the past few years.
Here, we take a closer look at the senior boys in the distance events, giving their F.A.T. bests from each season of their career (all performances list must be in the MileSplit database). The times are listed in order of their top time from their junior year and the athlete must have registered an F.A.T. performance in the MileSplit database during their junior year to be included in the list.
