At last year's PIAA State Championship, the Strath Haven girls ran to the program's first-ever state title in the 4x800 meter relay.
The team of Olivia Malley, Maggie Forbes, Abby Loiselle, and Grace Forbes ran a time of 9:07.50 to capture the win over District 1 foes Central Bucks West (second in 9:13.60) and North Penn (third in 9:16.16).
After taking second to CB West in 2018, Haven reversed its fortune this time around with anchor leg Grace Forbes making the pass over West on that last leg to bring it home for the state title. Forbes also took home the individual state title in the 800 meters in a time of 2:09.28
