First, we start with the District 12 girls preseason rankings.
Last year in District 12, the Philadelphia Public League did not compete during the fall XC season, while the Philadelphia Catholic League got a late start. The Public League did hold a 4.5K XC championship race in the spring, but these rankings, only the PCL's team and individual marks from last year are considered.
