Soon-to-be seniors Ryan Whiting of Central Dauphin and Andrew McCloskey of Penncrest, and rising junior Amy Mantush of Hazleton, each scored double victories in their specialties at this summer\'s Keystone Games Misericordia College.
Whiting took the Shot Put with a heave of62-03.25, and the Discus with his throw of 182-05.00. McCloskey ran an 11.14 in the 100 and a 22.28 to take the 200. And Mantush won the Triple Jump with a leap of 35-05.75 and the High Jump, clearing 5-02. Other standout performances included Eric Sparks of Hickory in the Pole Vault, clearing 15-05.00; Lake Lehman\'s Brandon Burkhard with a Javelin win of 194-07; and Caitlin Hewitt of Greater Latrobe, who won the 15-16 Pole Vault with her 11-00.00 effort.
