The Abington boys posted a win in the 4x800, going 7:59.75, which is tops in PA and the US. And Carlton Lavong continued his strong start to his senior campaign, winning the long jump with an indoor PR of 24-5, also tops in the US. The mark earned him the award for the meet's Most Outstanding Athlete. The Swenson girls saved the best of the finals as they ran a PA#1 1:43.95, good enough for 3rd in the finals. In the trials, Chester ran a PA#2 1:44.90. They would take 5th in the finals. |

In the field, Whitehall's Brooke Hamscher cleared a US#2 11-9" to win the pole vault and Chloe Smith of Archbishop Prendergast won the shot put with a throw of 37-07.75".

12/29 | Abby Frey of Lehighton jumped 18-07.50 in the long jump to take over the PA top spot and rank tied for US#5 to highlight the Christmas City Relays. In the pole vault, Allison Vanek of Wilson Area and Brooke Hamscher of Whitehall both cleared 11 feet. On the track, Spring Ford edged Pennridge by .04 to win the 4x200 with a time of 1:51.48 and Victoria Gerlach of Pennridge won the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:50.16.
In the boys events, Steve Eister of Pennridge won the long jump with a jump of 22-05.00 and Lanny Buck of Palmerton Area vaulted 14 feet to win the pole vault. On the track, Pennridge won the 4x200 meter relay with a time of 1:35.53 and Tim Eversole of Pennridge won the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.65.

01/02 | Brittany Howell of Cheltenham ran a US#5 time in the 60 meter hurdles, winning the event in 9.35 over Tamisha Thomas of Archbishop Ryan, who ran a T-US#7 time of 9.50. Meghan McGovern of North Penn put on a strong performance in the mile, taking PA#2 honors with a time of 5:13.76 and teammate Heather Selheimer won the 800 meters with a PA#2 time of 2:22.20. In the field events, Iyisha Weaver of Paul Robeson took over the top spot in PA in the triple jump with a leap of 36-11.75. Anna McCloskey of Cardinal O'Hara improved on her PA #1 mark in the shot put with a throw of 38-04.50. In the relays, Pennridge won the distance medley relay with a PA#1 time of 12:54.57 and Swenson won the 4x400 meter relay with a PA#2 time of 4:06.92.

01/02 | Abington's Charles Ross won the 400 meters in 51.35 to highlight action in the Division 1 meet. Tom Kehl of Father Judge won the mile run in 4:30.87. In the relays, Cheltenham took the win in the 4x200 with a time of 1:34.09 and in the field events, Lasalle College High School's Beau Whitman cleared 14-03 to win the pole vault and in the shot put, Conestoga's Chris Nelson threw 49-03.50 to win the shot put by one inch over Bensalem's Taron Aldridge.
In division II, Richard D'Ambrosio of Malvern Prep won the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.38 to highlight the individual track events. In the relays, Garnet Valley won the sprint medley relay with a time of 3:47.46 and Penncrest won the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:37.50. In the field events, Germantown High School's Matthew Henderson won the high jump with a leap of 6-02.
