Today - we'll take a peak at the girls returning from last year's District 12 Championship. We also added each athletes respective 3200m time (if they ran it this outdoor season) as a reference to their performance on the outdoor oval.
Gwen Hamilton (Archbishop Wood) enjoyed an incredible freshman campaign in 2022-23. She won the 2022 2A District 12 Championship before placing 22nd at States. Indoor she placed third at states in the 800m and Outdoor she placed third as well.
She finished 12th at New Balance Nationals in the 800m in June and recently received PA MileSplit All-Freshmen Team Honors in the event.
