It was West Catholic night in the sprints at the first PCL Girls meet of the season. Nia Ali took two races, and 3rd in another. She got the nod over Nicole Leach in the 55, both timed at 7.3 seconds. In the 55 Hurdles, her 8.6 was .2 better than teammate Knesha Sheard. And Ali took the bronze behind Leach and Latavia Thomas in the 200, the latter two both timed in 25.7. Ali ran 26.7, with Sheard 4th in 27.1. (Put that together for a nice 4x200). And in the 400, West Catholic\'s Christina Taylor ran 61.7 for the win, with teammate Ciarra Lawson 2nd in 64.3. The Burrs also took the DMR with a 13:14.7. And Cardinal O\'Hara captured both the 4x200 and 4x400, going 1:53.7 and 4:31.3, respectively.
