Nicole Smith of McDowell, and Erin Hannon of Bradford will hopefully face each other at States in an event or two, but for this meet, they took aim at each other from different events. Hannon came within an inch of Smith\'s best HJ mark with a tUS#3 effort of 5-08-a PR indoor or out. In the Triple Jump, Hannon had beaten Smith a week ago, but at this meet, Smith leapt 39-07, with is a US#3, and PA#1. Caitlin Hewitt of Latrobe cleared 12-01 in the Pole Vault. McDowell\'s Alexandra Acker was over at 11-01. In the 55 Hurdles, Sha-Tira Snell of Penn Hills won with a clocking of 8.3. For the boys, another thrower is over that 60\' mark in the Shot Put. Rob Rankin, of Upper Saint Clair had his best throw of the season and an indoor PR of 60-07.25, which is a US#5. Penn Hills\' Barry Church went 44-08.50 in the Triple Jump. Montel Williamson, West Mifflin, won the 55m in 6.3 seconds, and doubled with a 23.1 200 victory. Eric Sparks was over at 15-04 in the Pole Vault.
