This Week's Nominees:
Ryan Hemighaus, Roman Catholic 12 (Pennsylvania): Clocked a 48.29 in the 400 at New Balance Nationals Indoor, breaking his PR of 48.52 set last May. The time ranks #22 nationally and earned him a 19th-place finish in a competitive field of 178.
Jalen Bowman, Malvern Prep (Pennsylvania): The #2 junior nationally in the 200 turned in a 21.60 at New Balance Nationals Indoor, improving from his previous best of 21.64 set in February. His time moved him to #2 in Pennsylvania and #134 nationally among juniors.
Musa Herzi, North Penn 01 (Pennsylvania): Posted 1:54.42 in the 800 at Nike Indoor Nationals, good for 18th place in a field of 127. The junior ranks #24 nationally in his grade and sits atop Pennsylvania's junior 800 standings.
Darius Reid, Upper Perkiomen (Pennsylvania): Cleared 6-8.5 in the high jump at New Balance Nationals Indoor for an 8th-place finish. The mark ranks #55 nationally among juniors and makes him the top junior high jumper in Pennsylvania.
Brayden Billman, New Oxford 03 (Pennsylvania): Jumped 47-8 in the triple jump at New Balance Nationals Indoor, placing 15th in a field of 46 competitors. His mark ranks #33 nationally.
