Ryan Fritz, Octorara, is back in the ozone as he preps for the meat of the Outdoor season. He cleared 6-10 to easily win at the Hempfield (District 3) Invitational. Ephrata\'s James Wilson was a double champ, taking the 100 with an 11.0 and the 200 with a 22.3. Dallastown\'s David Hoffman cleared the 110 and 300 Hurdles quicker than anyone, going 15.2 and 40-flat. And Oxford\'s Laura Blaesser went 11:37.9 to win the 3200m run.
