to set a Meet Record in the 4x400 at 3:59.21.
Henerson was timed in 4:00.07.

Super frosh Ryann Krais of Methacton set a Meet Record in the 400 at 56.83.

Henderson's Megan Durkee ran 2:18.94 to win the 800.

The end of the first 400 of the 1600, won by Saiint Basil Academy's Lynn Morelli in 5:09.71.
Upper Perkiomen's Kristin Reed was 2nd in 5:10.91.

This wasn't your everyday High Jump, as both Emily Moles,
Conestoga (right) and Kelly Kajunski of Downingtown East broke the Meet Record, clearing 5'6".
