Chad Yurchick, a Johnsonburg Area HS junior, broke his brother's school record in the discus with a throw of 163-5. The previous record had been 155-8. He snuck by that mark with his first throw at 157-4, and only got better from there with a series going 157-4, 159-2, and 163-5. He has not had a throw under 150 this year.
