And the winning ways continued in Baltimore April 16th as Nicole Leach, Kniesha Sheard and Latavia Thomas tuned up their 400m Hurdle steps in preparation for the upcoming Penn Relays. Leach won in 1:00.29; Sheard was 2nd in 1:04.25, and Thomas was .3 back in 3rd. In the open 400, West Catholic\'s Nia Ali was 2nd in a time of 58.44, with Christiana Taylor 9th in 1:01.04. The girls got together to win the 4x100 in 47.80, the 4x400 in 3:50.32.
