Craig Miller torched the 1600-800 double, beating his twin brother Brad by eight seconds, running alone to a 4:10.73, and then coming back in the 800 at 1:55.00 to beat Cedar Crest's Andy Miller by just .07. Miller had won the 3200 in 9:10-point on Friday, but indicated that he will drop that event at States. Meanwhile, Ryan Whiting came within a half-inch of a season goal, throwing the Shot Put 69-11.50. He also won the discuss with a great 199-01. And York sprinter Knowledge Timmons set the standard for the sprints in PA with a 10.47 3.4w, and 21.18 3.0w 100-200 double. Central Dauphin's Jordan Mitchell was second in 21.44. Northern's Amy Backel Shot Put with a throw of 42-03, cleared 11-00 to win the Pole Vault, and was 2nd in the Javelin at 135-02, and High Jump, 5-03.
