Following his specatacular 201-09 Discus on Friday, he uncorked a 70-00 Shot Put to capture the state meet record, as well as his season goal - two PRs in the same meet. Conestoga Valley went 7:40.06 in the 4x800. Both marks are US#1s. And Engineering & Science set a AA Girls PIAA record of 3:53.43 in the 4x400.
