Rich Little, Pleasant Valley, led his team to 2nd in the Conference with a 17:03. But it was the 2nd place 17:24 of Bob Cohowicz, Stroudsburg, that was the top effort for the winning team. Robin Szarzynski, Pleasant Valley, led her team to the Conference win with her 20:01. Stroudsburg was 2nd, 11 points back.
