Southern Chester County League
Great Valley continued their excellence in the Southern Chester County League, but the boys had an easier time than the girls. Villa Maria gave them all they could handle, and just lost by three points. Erin Schlesing led Great Valley with her 4th place 20:09. A resurging Unionville (3rd in the team competition) was led by the first place finish of Katie Thaeder in 19:36. On the boys' side, Eric Fleming of Bishop Shanahan won with ease in 16:16. Great Valley placed five in the top eleven for the win with 32 points. Ben Franczuszki, in 16:57, and Jordan Stitzer in 17:02, led Great Valley with their 2-3 finish.
