Colleges Choices from the past week...

State indoor 800m champ Aaron Kauffman of Red Land, is headed to UNC-Charlotte NC. Pole Vaulter Brooke Borso of Whitehall is going to Northeaster Universitiy in Boston. Penn Hills teammates Kaitlin Grimm and Jasmine Cottle have made their choices. Grimm is headed to Lehigh Unviersity as a distance runner, while Cottle will take her sprint ability to the University of Richmond. Bonner's Michael Tomasco will join PSAC power Shippensburg University. Strath Haven's Scott Henkelman (state indoor LJ champ) has committed to Princeton, Chris Free to Middlebury, and Chris Bourke to Delaware. Camp Hill 800 specialist Adam Smith will be going to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Cheltenham sprinters Zachary Shands will be taking his talents to Rutgers University. Cumberland Valley is helping Divisioin I schools, as always. The latest to sign were: sprinter David Stonfer to Penn State, 800 runner Sarah Frenette to Monmouth, thrower Adam Thielemann to Penn State, mid-distance runner Kevin Fuller to Penn State, and thrower John Austin to Duke. Colin Brett, distance, Easton Area High School, to Brown University. The Allentown Central Catholc 4x800 crew is heading to some great schools, Meghan Burns, The College of William and Mary; , College of Holy Cross; Marcie Sobrinski, Georgetown; and Maureen Watson, Kutztown.
