Joel Thomas led his Emmaus team to an 84-160 win over Liberty, setting a new meet course record of 15:51.4 in the process. Liberty's Dorian McDonald was second in 15:53. Liberty's girls team took top honors by just five points over Allentown Central Catholic, as Liberty #1 runner, another emergying frosh star, Erin Matyus, took first with an 18:55.5. Allentown Central Catholic's Jack Adamshick was second, 20 seconds back.
