PIAA District 2 Championship
In AA boys, Scranton Prep showed up big at crunch time, led by Jonathan Pastore in 16:24. Scranton Prep placed seven runners in the top 22. And so did North Pocono, led by Larry Davies in 16:49. All five guys in the top 25. Scranton Prep girls placed five in the top 21 behind Stephanie Rader's 21:04. But Stacey Muchal, Valley View, won the AA individual title in 19:33. Tunkhannock was led by Ella Daniels in 20:15, and placed five in the top 21 in AAA.
