Start 600 meter flat start
200 meter steady up hill
100 meter down hil then up a 25 meter hill
Flat with small downward incline and two rolling knolls for 1/2 Mile
100 meter down hill
Flat for next 1/2 mile back to start
Varsity Repeats Junior Varsity goes to finish.
to finish up a knoll and up a slight incline hill.
Finish is up the hill.
