WHERE: Muhlenberg High School Stadium
AWARDS: Medals (1st through 3rd). Ribbons (4th through 8th) place.

FIELD EVENTS:
4:00 PM High Jump Tentative opening height 410 increase 2 then increase 1 each round.
Long Jump Open pit (All trials must be completed by 5:30 PM, finals begin at
5:45 PM). Tentative minimum is 15
Pole Vault Starts at 7 increase 6 at a time
Boys Discus Tentative minimum 90
Boys Shot Tentative minimum 32 (Event will begin after Discus completion)
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Muhlenberg Boys All County Meet will be using an online entry system to streamline meet entry and data management. The management system that will be utilized for entering all entries into the Muhlenberg Boys All County Meet is located at: http://pa.milesplit.com. Registration for the meet begins on 4/8/13 and closes at 10:00AM on 4/18/13. These entries will be used for the program and serve as backup data for the meet.
Any team wishing to modify its entries may do so beginning at 7:00AM on 4/19/13. The Milesplit site will be reopened for changes till 3:20 PM on meet day. Coaches are encouraged to have their meet roster set prior to arrival. Laptops will be available on site for coaches to make any last minute changes that may be necessary on meet day. However, the site will automatically close at 3:20 PM and your team entries will be officially closed. No substitutions or additions will be allowed after 3:20PM.
1. The Muhlenberg Junior High School Boys County Track & Field Meet is governed by P.I.A.A. rules and regulations and all contestants must meet P.I.A.A. eligibility rules.
2. Each team may enter ONE relay entry per school, THREE athletes in individual events with the exception of the 3200 Meter Run, where only two (2) may compete.
3. Athletes may compete in a maximum of four (4) events of which only three (3) can be running events, including relays.
4. Trials and Finals will be run in the 100 & 200 dashes and 110 meter hurdle event. Finals only will be run in the 400, 800, 1600, 3200 and relays. In the 200 meter dash, 7th and 8th place will be awarded based on the trials performance.
5. In the long jump, shot put, discus events, all contestants will receive three (3) trial attempts. The top nine (9) contestants will receive three (3) additional attempts. The best performance in the trials or finals will count.
6. Eight (8) places will be scored in each event on a 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis. Medals will be awarded to 1st place through 3rd place. Ribbons will be awarded for 4th through 8th place.
7. Trophies will be presented to the 1st place and runner-up teams, and also the winning relay teams. A special plaque will be presented to the winner of the Mickey Moll 1600 meter run.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ADMISSION: Spectator admission will be as follows: Adults - $5.00 Students - $3.00
CONCESSIONS: Concession stands are located in the North End of the stadium. T-shirts will be on sale.
TIMING: All Track Events will be FAT (Fully Automatic Timing).
SPIKES: Runners should not wear spikes longer than 3/16th inch. Spikes over 3/16th will hinder performance and possibly tear the surface as per track manufacturer specifications.
BLOCKS: All Blocks will be provided by Muhlenberg School District.
IMPLEMENTS: All competition shots and discuses will be provided by Muhlenberg School District.
PARKING: All buses should enter stadium via Kent Street entrance. Buses will be permitted to drop off athletes and then proceed to the front of middle school for parking.
TENTS: Tents can be set up underneath the bleachers; limited grass area will be available.
