Each school MUST work the meet. ITS NOT AN OPTION. I assigned each school areas to work. It's the head coaches' responsibility to assign your assistant coaches to help with the meet. If your assistant coaches can't help, then its the head coachs job to work the assigned events. It takes me 2 days to prepare for the meet and the day of the meet I never get to watch my kids compete. Failure to help work your assigned area will result in not coming to ANY future Chartiers Houston Track and Field events. I am just asking for help from each school in return.
