Dear Coach,
The Neshaminy High School Boys' & Girls' Track teams would like to extend to you and your team our invitation to attend the Neshaminy Track Classic. The meet will be held on April 15th, 2017 at the Harry Franks Stadium on the campus of Neshaminy High School.
We will be allowing each school to enter two athletes per event, and two relays per relay event. " spikes will be allowed on all of our surfaces with the exception of the throwing circles. Javelin cleats of " or less will be acceptable. Starting blocks will be provided at the start of all sprint and sprint relay events. In all of the throws and horizontal jumps a minimum mark will be used after the first round. Premium Medals will be furnished for first through fifth places in each event.
The Meet will begin at 10:00am with a coaches meeting, events will start at 10:15am. COACHES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING ALL ATHLETES ON-LINE AT PENNTRACKXC.COM.
The entry deadline is Thursday April 13th at 11:59pm.

We will need a coach from each team to help officiate an event. We will be using a FinishLynx automatic timing system so we will not need timers for the meet. Please include the name of the coach who will be officiating, and their preferred job.
The cost for this years meet will be $125.00 per Boys team and $125.00 per Girls team.
If both teams are entered the fee will be a total of $225.
Checks are to be made payable to "Neshaminy High School".
