Council Rock North took the girls team title. Hatboro-Horsham boys were nine points better than Holy Ghost Prep. At the McDowell Invitational North East flexed some early season muscle, winning the boys competition with 60 points and a 1-5 spread of 30 seconds.  Joey Cherico, a Strongsville senior, won in 16:05.  Harbor Creek junior Lauren Zarger won the girls race by 1:26 margin in 18:34.  Enos Yeager: Chambersburg boys; Northern York girls dominate.  Bear Mtn River Run: Cedar Cliff boys post convincing win, Katie Sick set course record.  Big Valley: Coatesville boys and Lewisburg girls post impressive wins.  Casey Miller sets new course record.  Maroon & Gold Classic: Emmaus girls score only 17 points on their way to victory and Boyertown boys post a strong win.  Mark Dennin wins in 15:59.11.
